Carseat emergency contact forms

I want to suggest that all parents do this. It is very important and a lot of parents do think of it.  On your child's car seat tape a paper on the side where it is visible with there name, birth date, emergency contact other than your self, allergies. This way if you are ever in a wreck and your not able to talk than they have your child's information.
